Best Things to Do at Disney Springs (You’ll Regret NOT Doing Them!)

Start or end your Disney vacation here, but don’t skip Disney Springs! These are the best things to do at Disney Springs – alone or together.

From dining to shopping and live entertainment, Disney Springs has something for everyone. Here are the best things to do during your visit.

Disney Springs is an outdoor dining and shopping complex within the Disney World Resort. I love it and I am a firm believer that no Disney trip is complete without visiting it. I personally prefer kicking off my Disney vacations by going to Disney Springs a day before my park days begin!

What’s great is that it’s free to go in, and the parking is free as well. There are tons of restaurants, shops and experiences that make it a truly great Disney experience for every vacation.

Don’t Skip Disney Springs

Located right off of Buena Vista drive and overlooking the beautiful Lake Buena Vista, Disney Springs needs to be on your Disney vacation itinerary.

It’s so easy to get to: right off the interstate. And it has all the best Disney food and shopping – without having to walk all over the giant theme parks.

Whether you start out your Disney vacations at Disney Springs (like I do) or you make it your last stop before heading home, I’ve got the best places to eat and shop. Bookmark this page, save it to your Facebook page, screenshot it – whatever you need to do. Just don’t miss these sights!

Disney Springs Must-Do List

The Disney Springs complex is really easy to explore. Just spend a day walking around, eating, shopping, and enjoying the weather. But if you’re a foodie (and shopper) like me, then these are the places you’ve got to see first!

Candy Cauldron

Known mostly for their iconic Snow White-themed candy apples, The Candy Cauldron is the best place to start if you have a sweet tooth. It is located in Disney Springs West Side, right across from a Starbucks. They feature tons of delicious sweet treats – from walls of candy and snacks to baked goods.

Coca-Cola Store

If you’re a Coca-Cola fan (or collector) then definitely check out The Coca Cola Store. You’ll get one-of-a-kind souveniers here, including Coca-Cola apparel, keychains, toys, and fun things like coffee mugs.

And the entire store is modeled after of a 1920s bottling plant. Upstairs you also have the Coca-Cola Rooftop Beverage Bar that’s always a fun experience.

Frontera Cocina

It’s always the right time for chips and salsa. And Frontera Cocina is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Walt Disney World Resort. I personally love the sides… especially the Fried Plantains and Papas Rancheras.

Swirls of The Water

For a sweet snack, stop by Swirls of the Water. Fight me on this, but Disney Springs has the BEST Dole Whip on Disney property. They have a full menu of Dole Whip items and while they go all out on these items, I LOVE the Vanilla Soft-Serve which swirls dole whip and vanilla ice cream together.

Polite Pig

For a family dinner, you can’t beat the Polite Pig. It is hands down, my favourite resto in Disney Springs. I’ve been going to Disney for years but only started eating at Polite Pig in 2023 and I’ve been going back ever since. I’m a sucker for comfort food so their BBQ meals are top-notch for me. Their USDA Prime Brisket is my go-to as well as their mac and cheese and sweet potato tots.

Uniqlo

I know I can find Uniqlo pretty much anywhere, but this one has SO much Disney-themed apparel that it’s a MUST every time I visit.

World Of Disney

Finally, get all your Disney souveniers here! The World Of Disney is literally the world’s largest Disney character store and a centerpiece of Disney Springs! The reason I love going to Disney Springs before heading to the parks is so if I need anything to complete my park-day outfit, I can surely pick it up here.

The Best Way To Start (Or End) A Disney Vacation

Whether you start out your vacation slowly and browse the restaurants at Disney Springs or you make a stop here before going home, definitely plan a stop here. This is the best place for you if you love to shop, eat, or walk along the lake. It’s relaxing and chill and has something for everyone.
